Barbara Jean Mann gained her wings on October 29, 2022. She was born on October 22, 1948 in San
Antonio, Texas to parents, Marvin Sr. and Lottie Campbell Costlow. Her love, beautiful caring soul, sense of humor, and wit will forever be remembered and cherished by all that knew her.
She was preceded in her journey by her parents, daughter, Lana Renee, and grandson Justin Tyler. She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alfred and Mary Mann, brother-in-laws Roy Brown, Sr. and Jimmy Patteson, and sister-in-law Emily Parks.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Alvin Ray Mann, son Travis Mann and Deena of San Antonio, grandchildren Brandee Sigler and Sam of Stinnet, TX, Rachel Williams of Devine, TX, Kaesyn Mann of Devine, Avery Mann of San Antonio, and Destinee Mann of San Antonio, great-grandchildren Beau, Nathaniel, Michael, and Ambrose, sisters Charlotte Gaines & Bobby of Mullica Hill, NJ, Evelyn Brown of Devine, TX, Lillian Sims & Sid of Natalia, TX, Linda Sims & Mike of Natalia, TX and brother Marvin "Buddy" Costlow & Tina of Aransas Pass, TX, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law Elmer, Berva, Frank, Maxine, Louise, & Phillip, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Barbara Jean's love was unconditional and she found joy through time spent with family and fishing. She was always ready to help however needed, lend a listening ear or a kind word, or even a hug and a smile.

Visitation is Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 10:00am at the Bluebonnet Funeral Chapel in Natalia, Texas. Services will follow at 11:00am. There will be no graveside services.
