Pauline Elisabeth
Robinson
Feb 28, 1944 — Jun 20, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Pauline (“Polly”) Robinson, on June 20, 2026, at the age of 82.
She was born on February 28, 1944, in Evansville, Indiana, to Sara and Washburn Weston. Polly grew up in upstate New York, remaining there after college, and marrying the one true love of her life, Ronald Robinson, on May 11,1968, in Liverpool. Together they had 2 children, Raymond Robinson and Tammi Robinson, who they raised in Wisconsin.
In 1989, Ron and Polly moved to Lexington, Kentucky, where Polly remained very active, working full-time in accounting until retiring in 2019 at the age of 75. Polly was a member of First United Methodist Church, Studio Players Theatre, Red Hat Ladies Society, and Southland Bowling, among many other recreational activities.
In 2024, Polly moved alongside her children to southern Texas, where she quickly found a second family at The Schertz Senior Center. Polly truly looked forward to spending her days with her friends at the center, playing cards, dominoes, and her favorite, bingo. She always looked forward to sharing the day’s stories and news with her children, with such delight.
Polly was an honorable wife, an amazing mother and grandmother, and a truly caring friend. She was a woman of extraordinary strength and spirit, well known for her warm, generous heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Polly’s kindness and compassion touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. In our hearts, Polly lives on, and we will forever honor the legacy of a truly remarkable woman who made a lasting impact on the world.
She is survived by her children, her step-children Jill (Kevin) and Mark (Kathy), her grandchildren, Jacob, Ben, Sara, Melody, Daniel, Samantha, Amanda and Joanna, her great grandchildren, Harrison, Daphne, Raya and Ella, and so many wonderful friends she made in her short time here.
Polly was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Dotti, her loving husband, his parents, and a granddaughter, Melissa.
Following her wishes, Polly will be laid to rest eternally with her husband in Kentucky. Polly had an immense love for animals; in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to your local animal rescue or shelter. Mom would love that!
