Veronica Cirilo Torres was born on June 5, 1968, to Rogelio and Julia Cirilo in San Antonio, Texas. She went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2025, at the age of 57. Veronica cherished her life in San Antonio, surrounded by her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Veronica is survived by her loving husband, Wallie Deltoro; her four children, Joe, Naomi, Eileen, and Natalie; and her grandchildren Joe Torres III,  Joezlyn Torres, Israel Torres, Skylene Torres and Devonte Garza. She is also survived by her mother, Julia Cirilo and her siblings Tina Rosas (Joe), Roger Cirilo (Mary), Aurora Estrella (Joe), Julie Deleon (Steve), and Julio Cirilo (Maria). She was preceded in death by her father, Rogelio Cirilo.

Veronica loved cooking meals that brought her family together and spending time at the Port Aransas coast, where she felt most at peace by the water. She found joy in watching dolphins  and could always be counted on to relax with a good episode of Judge Judy. She will be remembered for her strength and her silliness.

Her laughter and guidance will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. The family will gather to honor and celebrate Veronica's life.
